    Hello, good afternoon sweet #BestNic! During this midday, do you ever crave something sweet and cold like you? (Well, you're just sweet, the cold one is his attitude towards you. Hmm, why #bringitup)

    🤷 "Hmm, but how about the sugar rate?"

    Thanks to Nonanic for skillfully crafting sweet drinks with goodness inside. This afternoon, let's make smoothies with maple syrup, known for its low glycemic index sugar. This recipe can even be made without any sweeteners at all, you know. Because the ingredients we use are naturally sweet. Curious, right? Let me introduce you to the creamy sweetness,

    BANANA CHOCO SMOOTHIE

     

     

    Bananas and chocolate may not sound like they go together, but believe me, once you try it, you'll definitely want more! The smoothness of bananas makes the smoothies creamy and nutritious, while the chocolate compliments the taste that makes your taste buds happy. Once they're mixed together, it's a perfect blend!

    Oh, for the variation of smoothies, you can also freeze the bananas first to make the texture even thicker, or add ice cubes to make it fresher during the day. For example, #BestNic might want to use almond milk for a luxurious creamy touch, or add sweetness with honey, but don't overdo it, or you'll end up too sweet 😆

    Bananas contain various important nutrients such as vitamin B6, potassium, and magnesium which are good for our bodies. In addition, bananas also contain antioxidants such as vitamin C and phenolic compounds, which help fight free radicals in the body and protect cells from damage.

    The raw cacao powder I'm using is also minimally processed, making it much healthier than regular cocoa powder. And this raw cacao can also improve your mood! So it's not only good for the stomach, but also comforting for the heart 🥰

    Ingredients

     

    250 grams bananas

    3 tablespoons raw cacao powder

    400 ml almond milk

    50 grams maple syrup

    200 grams ice cubes

    ¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt

     

    Instructions

     

    1. Cut bananas into small pieces.

    2. Add bananas, raw cacao powder, almond milk, maple syrup, ice cubes, and Himalayan salt into a blender.

    3. Blend until smooth.

    4. Pour into glasses and sprinkle raw cacao powder before serving.

     

    Tips

     

    1. Use ripe bananas for the best results.

    2. Bananas can be frozen overnight to achieve a thicker smoothie texture.

    3. Raw cacao powder should not be substituted with other cocoa powders, no compromises for your health :)

    4. Almond milk can be substituted with preferred plant-based milk.

    5. Maple syrup can be substituted with liquid cane sugar or pre-dissolved organic sugar.

    6. Sea salt can be used as an alternative to Himalayan salt, in the same quantity.

    Halo, selamat siang #BestNic yang manis! Tengah hari gini suka pengen yang dingin dingin manis kayak kamu ga sih? (Eh, kamu sih cuma manis aja, yang dingin itu sikap dia ke kamu. Lhaa  kok #dibahas)

    Terima kasih kepada Nonanic yang pinter racik minuman manis dengan kebaikan didalamnya. Siang ini kita bikin smoothies dengan maple syrup yuk, yang dikenal sebagai pemanis yang memiliki low glycemic index sugar. Resep ini bahkan bisa dibuat tanpa pemanis sama sekali, lho. Karena bahan yang kita pakai sudah manis alami. Penasaran kan? Kenalin si creamy manis,

Begitu keduanya dicampur jadi satu, asli rasanya nge-blend banget!

     

    Oh iya, buat variasi smoothie-nya, bisa juga loh kalo kamu bekuin dulu pisangnya biar teksturnya lebih kental lagi, atau tambahin es batu biar makin segar di siang hari. Misalnya #BestNic mau pakai susu almond buat sentuhan creamy yang mewah, atau mau tambahan rasa manis pakai madu juga bisa ya. Asal jangan sambil ngaca, nanti manisnya kelewatan 😆

    Pisang itu mengandung berbagai nutrisi penting seperti vitamin B6, potassium, dan magnesium yang baik untuk tubuh kita. Selain itu pisang juga mengandung antioksidan seperti vitamin C dan senyawa fenolik, yang membantu melawan radikal bebas dalam tubuh dan melindungi sel-sel dari kerusakan.

     

    Cokelat bubuk raw cacao yang aku pake juga prosesnya minim kimiawi, jadi jauh lebih sehat dibanding cokelat bubuk pada umumnya. Dan raw cacao ini juga bisa bikin suasana hati lebih baik, lho! Jadi nggak cuma enak buat perut, tapi juga nyaman dihati 🥰

    Bahan - Bahan

     

    250 gr pisang

    3 sdm raw cacao powder

    400 ml susu almond

    50 gr Maple Syrup

    200 gr es batu

    ¼ sdt garam Himalaya

     

     

    Cara Membuat

     

    1.  Potong pisang kecil-kecil.

    2. Masukkan pisang, raw cacao powder, susu almond, maple syrup, es batu dan garam himalaya.

    3. Blender sampai halus.

    4. Tuang ke gelas dan taburi raw cacao powder sebelum disajikan.

     

     

    Tips

     

    1. Gunakan pisang ambon matang untuk hasil terbaik.

    2. ⁠Pisang bisa dibekukan dulu semalaman untuk mendapatkan tekstur smoothie yang lebih kental.

    3. ⁠Raw cacao powder sebaiknya tidak diganti dengan bubuk cokelat lainnya, tidak ada kompromi untuk kesehatanmu :)

    4. ⁠Susu almond dapat diganti dengan susu plant-based / nabati sesuai selera.

    5. ⁠Maple syrup bisa diganti dengan gula singkong cair atau gula organik yang telah dicairkan terlebih dahulu.

    6. ⁠Alternatif dari garam himalaya adalah garam laut, dengan takaran yang sama.
