    Homemade Luncheon

    Ingredients

    - 500 grams chicken thighs

    - 9 cloves garlic

    - 3 shallots

    - 40 grams tapioca flour

    - 2 egg whites

    - 30 grams coconut oil

    - 2 tablespoons liquid aminos

    - 1 teaspoon sea salt

    - 1 1/2 teaspoons sorghum sugar

    - 1/8 teaspoon pepper

    - 2 teaspoons red yeast rice powder

     

     

    Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients except the red yeast rice powder into a chopper or food processor.

    2. Blend until well combined and smooth.

    3. Divide the mixture into two portions.

    4. Add red yeast rice powder to one portion and mix until evenly distributed and red in color.

    5. Pour the mixture into a glass mold, with the white mixture on top of the red mixture. Cover with banana leaves.

    6. Steam the molded mixture for about 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.

    7. Homemade Luncheon is ready to serve.
